Eleanore A. Miklencic, 83, formerly of Emmaus, died July 20, 2021, at Complete Care at Lehigh Center. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late John and Josephine (Sanczyk) Miklencic.

She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church, Emmaus and was a graduate of Allentown Central Catholic High School.

She worked for her family business, the former Pine Tree Tavern in Emmaus, for most of her life until the tavern closed. She was also employed at General Electric for 16 years and Sears Optical.

She was a former member of the Emmaus Lioness Club.

She is survived by a daughter, Susan and her husband, Steve Kanarek; a son, Jeffrey Parana; a granddaughter, Carly and her husband, Matthew Spencer. She was predeceased by a son, Thomas S. Parana IV in 2019.
