Hein graduates

Ariana Rae (Leiner) Hein, of Coplay and a 2009 graduate of Whitehall High School, graduated from the Pennsylvania State University World Campus in 2021. She majored in psychology, earning a Bachelor of Science.

She works for a textbook, publications and information services company, HMP Global Communications of Malvern.

Albright College

Kern earns degree

Krystal Kern, of Northampton, earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration degree, cum laude, from Albright College’s School of Professional Studies for the spring 2021 semester. Albright graduates, from the Classes of 2020 and 2021, celebrated the 161st commencement ceremony together at Santander Arena May 30. Ceremony speakers include Albright President Jacquelyn S. Fetrow, Class of 1982; Dorothy Watson Tatem, D. Min., ACC; and graduates Autumn Blalock, Class of 2020; and Haylee Kirk, Class of 2021. The event was be livestreamed on Albright’s commencement website.

Albright’s accelerated bachelor’s degree and certificate students include working professionals, adult learners, active-duty service members and veterans.

Founded in 1856, Albright College is a diverse community of learners cultivating integrity, curiosity, connection and resilience. Albright offers nine different accelerated bachelor degrees and a number of certificates. The college enrolls more than 1,800 full-time undergraduates and 700 adult learners and graduate students.

York College of Pennsylvania

Dean’s list is announced

More than 1,500 York College of Pennsylvania students were named to the dean’s list for the spring 2021 semester.

Northampton: Anthony Christiano, a junior secondary education/general science major

Whitehall: Bryan Diaz, a sophomore business administration major; Thomas Herbine, a senior electrical engineering major
