On May 5, the Northwestern Lehigh Education Foundation hosted a staff appreciation breakfast in coordination with Back Home Bagels food truck, Route 309 and Old Packhouse Road, Schnecksville.
The teachers and staff of Northwestern Lehigh School District enjoyed a hot breakfast and camaraderie under cloudy skies.
“This was the first time we’ve done a breakfast for the teachers,” NWLEF development Director Amy Kinnon said. “I used to plan the teacher appreciation breakfast for years at the elementary.
“This is something that I know, it’s just a matter of getting all the pieces together.”
And the pieces did come together.
Kinnon reported the breakfasts were well-received at all locations, Northwestern Middle School, in between Northwestern Elementary and the high school and Weisenberg Elementary.
