Golfers play for a good cause at first mini golf fundraiser at the Emmaus Public Library

PRESS PHOTOS By C. Richard Chartrand The first annual Tee Time at the Library miniature golf fundraiser kicked off April 23 with a event open to adults and featuring food and spirits. A family-friendly event took place April 24. ABOVE: Anne Zayaitz volunteers to hand out putters and golf balls to players.
Tickets included food and adult beverages served outdoors. Participating businesses included David's Italian Market, DevonHouse Senior Living, Mi Havana Cuban Cuisine, Switchback Pizza, South Mountain Cycle & Cafe, Swadee Thai House, EF Butz, First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union, the Fretz family, Putt U, Vinyl Press, Yocco's, Triple Sun Spirits, Yergey Brewing and Sleepy Cat Urban Winery.
Built by the company Library Mini Golf, the course included holes throughout the stacks, reading areas and other parts of the library. RIGHT: Jennifer Cole putts between encyclopedias at the first hole.
