The local drug take back program by area law enforcement officers is part of the biannual nationwide program giving participants the opportunity to safely dispose of outdated or no-longer-needed prescription drugs. Laky said his location “had a pretty quiet day,” which was surprising, considering last year's collection efforts were limited by COVID-19 restrictions.
