To the Editor:

As a South Whitehall Commissioner, I strongly endorse Monica Hodges and David Kennedy for South Whitehall commissioner.

Monica and David will build a positive future for all residents and businesses.

They will join me as commissioners to make changes to improve the township.

We will reduce massive growth to a moderate level that is acceptable to residents and promote farmland preservation in the township.

We will not grant development waiver requests that jeopardize public safety.

Township finances will have a positive balance and adequate reserves.

We will safeguard taxpayers’ money via strong cost control and complete statutory financial audits on schedule.

Fire, police, and EMS will have the resources that are required to protect our families.

We will initiate long-overdue road improvements.

Open transparent government is essential.

We will advertise paid and volunteer board positions and hold committee position interviews in an open forum.

Monica and David have the passion, integrity and strong work ethic to serve South Whitehall residents so that the township is a prosperous and safe place to live, work, and raise a family.

Please vote for Monica Hodges and David Kennedy in the May 18 Municipal Primary Election.
