To the Editor:
I am happy to support Christina “Tori” Morgan in her re-election for South Whitehall Township commissioner because of her character, bipartisanship, ethics, dedication and especially her empowerment of future youth leaders.
Many of our youth have struggled recently with school, social interaction and overall mental health but Tori has found a way to encourage our youth to focus on helping others and leading by example.
Tori founded the Heroes Fighting Hunger initiative with Parkland C.A.R.E.S. Food Pantry, South Whitehall Township Police and the Travis Manion Foundation.
This event raised more than 5,000 food donations and brought diverse groups together to help the less fortunate.
However, the real win was seeing Reagan Kinney, a Parkland junior, use her skills as a student leader along with other student volunteers to support South Whitehall Township.
Tori was instrumental in empowering Reagan by supporting her leadership role in this event.
Tori has positively impacted many community members and initiatives but where I’ve personally seen her shine is when she sees others benefit and grow.
Please join me in supporting Tori as she continues to strengthen our community and future leaders.
I’m asking for your vote for Christina “Tori” Morgan for South Whitehall Township Commissioner on May 18.
