Tamra A. Reppert

Tamra A. Reppert, 59, of Kempton, died peacefully April 14, 2021, surrounded by her family at home.

She and her husband, Alan N. Reppert, celebrated their 41st wedding anniversary on April 4.

Born in Norwalk, Calif., she was the daughter of the late Leslie “Larry” and Gwendolyn (Risenhoover) Miller.

She worked for the Main Street Inn, Kutztown, for many years, as well as Pinnacle Ridge Winery.

Before that, she was a certified nursing assistant at The Lutheran Home at Topton.

A loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend, she will be greatly missed.

In addition to her husband, her survivors include her fabulous daughters Harmony A. Reppert of Richland Hills, Texas, Chantille O., wife of Brian Collins of Lyons, Elizabeth M., wife of Justin Gnant of Hurst, Texas, Alayna C., wife of Venus Daniel of Fleetwood, and Jamie C. Reppert, partner of Robert Vogtman of Nescopeck; grandchildren Isaac R., Natalie C., Lacey C., Arianna D., Bryson D., Elinor G., and Loralei G.; siblings Michael and Robert Miller; many brother- and sisters-in-law; nieces, nephews and others she adopted as family. She loved many.

An avid crafter, she loved making treasures, and making up her own patterns as she went.

However, she will be most remembered for her humor, jokes and unique laugh (the goat).

She loved volunteering her time for local activities including the Ladies Auxiliary of the Lyons Fire Company, the Lyons Fiddle Festival, the Kutztown Folk Festival, and Girl Scout activities when her daughters were young.

There will be a celebration of life gathering at the convenience of the family, to be announced later.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name may be sent to the Ladies Auxiliary of the Lyons Fire Company, P.O. Box 5, Lyon Station, PA 19536.
