Lehigh Township: Hope offers thanks to Becky’s

Hope Lutheran Church’s final worship service at Becky’s Drive-in was April 10.

Everyone said farewell to Becky’s with a tailgate party of hot dogs and other goodies. The folks in attendance celebrated the generosity of the Beck, Deppe and Mayberry families in allowing them to hold services there for more than a year.

Hope Lutheran, 4131 Lehigh Drive, will be holding Sunday services in the church parking lot until it is felt parishioners can safely return to worship inside the building.
