Nicholas Alan Neifert, 32, of Philadelphia and formerly of Whitehall, died unexpectedly Sept. 23, 2020, at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia.

Born in Allentown, he was the son of Gary A. Neifert of Bath and Stacey L. Weber of Whitehall.

He was a 2006 graduate of Whitehall High School and attended Drexel University for computer engineering.

He continued to work as a database analyst for Lincoln Financial, Philadelphia.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a girlfriend, Ashley Watkins, with whom he lived; a stepfather, James W. Weber of Whitehall; a sister, Kaitlyn M. Weber with Anthony Genevese of Allentown; a stepsister, Jillian A. Laudenslager with Bryan of East Greenville; two grandmothers, Rita J. Rumfield of Laurys Station and Louise M. Neifert of Cherryville; an aunt, Michelle L. Sommer with Frank of Saylorsburg; an uncle, Matthew Neifert of Barto; two nephews, Carter and Mason Laudenslager; and a cousin, Ashley Neifert.

He was predeceased by two grandfathers, Allen R. Rumfield and Gary A. Neifert; and a cousin, Jessica Neifert.
