Jared A. Hansler, 26, of Walnutport, died Aug. 29, 2020, at Abington/Jefferson Memorial Hospital, Abington.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of Gary Hansler and Lisa (Neff) Krause of Walnutport.

He was last employed by Crowd Cow Inc., Scranton, as a laborer until it shut down due to the pandemic.

He was a baseball player for many years with Lehigh Township Athletic Association and during his school years at Northampton Area High School. He bowled at the Democratic Club, Danielsville.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Heather A. and her husband Brandon Sanders of Bath and Amber L. Hansler of Bethlehem; a paternal grandmother, Loretta Zellers of Kunkletown; a maternal grandmother, Anna Neff of Walnutport; a stepmother, Karen Hansler of Walnutport; a nephew, Dustyn Panosetti of Bath; a stepsister, Heather Alban of East Allen Township; and a stepbrother, David Alban of Northampton.

Services will be private.
