Colonial Regional police officers and store managers observed a man meandering in a suspiciously lost manner in the Sam’s Club parking lot June 20, and he refused to show ID to pick up an order placed online.

Police spoke with the club member whose name was used in the order, a woman in Illinois, who confirmed she had not authorized anyone to use her account.

Saul Almonte, 23, of Bronx, New York, is charged with access device fraud and three counts of theft, and was remanded to Northampton County Prison.
