Terroristic threats

Robert Miles Eisenberg, 75, of Macungie was arrested Aug. 1 for alleged terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and harassment following an incident at the 7-Eleven convenience store, 1146 Chestnut St., according to Emmaus police. Eisenberg was transported to the Lehigh County Booking Center.

DUI

Dakota Mosteller, 27, of Allentown, was arrested July 24 for allegedly driving under the influence and speeding at the intersection of East Main and Ridge streets, according to Emmaus police. Mosteller was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.

Erin Morales, 37, of Boyertown, was arrested July 24 for allegedly driving under the influence and speeding in the 1300 block of Chestnut Street. Morales was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.

Found item

A key chain with three keys was found at 10th and Broad streets July 31. The key chain is held at Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 Jubilee St.

Possession of a controlled substance

Joseph Cancel, 18, of Allentown, was arrested Aug. 1 for alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 600 block of State Road, according to Emmaus police.

Unsworn falsification

Agustin Benitez Jr., 57, of Allentown, was arrested July 7 for unsworn falsification after he allegedly attempted to purchase a firearm at Golden Trigger Gun Shop, 358 Main St., according to Emmaus police.

Theft from motor vehicle

A catalytic converter was removed from a Ford van while it was parked along South 10th street. The incident was reported Aug. 7.
