Ethan Davies Ethan of Bethlehem Township was recently selected as one of seven winners of a PPL Electric Utilities Future Environmental Leaders Scholarship. He will receive $2,000 toward his studies at Penn State University, where he plans to pursue a degree in environmental systems engineering.
