A portion of Union Street was closed, as was Hamilton Boulevard in the vicinity of Hamilton Family Restaurant, 2027 Hamilton St. The storm, with rainfall measured at 4.9 inches at Lehigh Valley International Airport and winds gusting to 52 mph, concluded mid-day Aug. 4 in most of the region.
