The Pennsylvania Department of Health has reported, as of May 5, the statewide total of COVID-19 cases is 50,957.

There are 199,925 patients who have tested negative to date. The statewide number of deaths is 3,012.

In Lehigh County, 2,999 positive cases, 7,828 negative cases and 94 deaths have been reported.

In Northampton County, 2,279 positive cases, 6,853 negative cases and 117 deaths have been reported.
