Ronald Jacob Kaspern, 88, of Emmaus, died April 1, 2020, in Lehigh Valley Hospital. He was the husband of the late Louise E. (Hahn) Kaspern. Born in Nanticoke, he was the son of the late John and Elizabeth (Guffrovich) Kaspern.
He honorably served his country in the Navy during the Korean conflict.
He worked as a chef, machinist for Armstrong Rubber and retired as a millwright for General Dynamics.
He attended St. Ann Catholic Church, Emmaus.
He is survived by sons, Michael J., of Connecticut and Keith E., of Emmaus; daughter, Jacqueline L., of Lehighton; sister, Judith Rabenold, of Arizona; grandchildren, Rachael and her husband, Kevin Ligrest, Samantha Mrouse, Keith Jr. and Christopher Michael; great-grandchildren, Alexia, Carter, Jacob, Vincenva and Gianna.

A graveside service with military honors at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem will be announced. Arrangements were made by the Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus.
