STUDENT PROFILE - Jolene Bachman, Liberty HS - Coordinated by Julie Swan

Grade: 11

Family members: My father is Roger Bachman and my mother is Aubrae Cassel. I have a twin brother, Tyler Bachman.

Favorite subject: My favorite subjects would be English and psychology because I enjoy writing and learning about why we do the things we do.

Activities: I have taken part in Psychology Club, cross country, track and field and the rifle team this year. Freshman year I was also on the swim team.

Next steps: After high school I am not 100 percent sure of my career path, but I definitely plan on going to college. I hope to perhaps join the military and travel.

Career goals: To help others in need whether they are young or old and to feel fulfilled doing it

Heroes: Keanu Reeves is an aspiring person to me because despite all the hardships he has faced through life, he is well known as a very down to earth and caring individual, which are qualities in a person I find to be very important.

Hobbies: I enjoy running whenever I get the chance and hanging out with my friends.

Volunteer/community work: I volunteered a lot at Gracedale nursing home, had participated in some events associated with Psychology Club and cross country, as well as track and field. I have more than 88 hours of community service.

Likes: I like running, swimming, jokes, the color violet and alternative music.

Dislikes: I dislike meaningless small talk, negativity, country music and tomatoes.

Greatest accomplishment (so far): My greatest accomplishment that I can think of would be going to states for cross country, as I had worked very hard to improve my 5k times.

Advice for peers: Be a good person because no one likes a meanie.

Student profile subjects are selected by faculty and administration at the individual schools.
