Bath: Indoor flea market set for March 1

Klecknersville Rangers Volunteer Fire Company, 2718 Mountain View Drive, will hold its next indoor flea market 8 a.m.-2 p.m. March 1.

The kitchen will be open.

Emmanuel’s Lutheran Church, 3175 Valley View Drive, will offer Lenten soup meals Wednesday evenings during Lent. The first meal is 6 p.m. March 4.

The church is asking for volunteers to provide large stock pots or Crock-Pots of soup along with bread, salad and drinks for each week. Also needed are people to set up and clean up.

Governor Wolf Historical Society, 6600 Jacksonville Road, will hold its next monthly meeting 7 p.m. March 10 on the GWHS campus. The public is welcome.

Help Mayor Fiorella Reginelli-Mirabito and Lehigh Valley Business Group help others.

Bath will once again be collecting new, unworn socks for a collection April 1-June 30.

Socks can be dropped off at borough hall, 121 S. Walnut St., 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. White, heavy and warm socks are needed for men, and all types are needed for women and children.

The socks will be donated to various shelters and others in need in the Lehigh Valley.
