Aggie Kroboth is one of the cooks and staff in Coplay Saengerbund's kitchen whipping up a savory old-world-style dish of pork and chicken schnitzel, spaetzle, red cabbage, applesauce and more during the club's dinner event, held Jan. 25 at the 205 S. Fifth St. site.
