Agnes Elizabeth Robertson, 88, of Whitehall, died Jan. 14, 2020, at home. She was the wife of Alistair Robertson for 62 years.
Born in Kearny, N.J., she was a daughter of William and Mayme Boog.
She was a 1949 graduate of North Arlington High School, New Jersey, where she was associate editor of her class year book and class secretary. She was a 1953 graduate of Montclair State Teachers College.
She taught at Roosevelt Grammar School, Kearny, N.J. After marrying and moving to Pennsylvania, she taught at Catasauqua High School and directed the 1958 senior class play. She was a substitute teacher at Whitehall High School, where she edited the school year book for several years.
She was a member of the Whitehall Exchangette Club and of the Whitehall Senior Citizens Club.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Catherine Sarkisian and her husband Mark of California, Barbara Newton and her husband Jeff of California and Victoria Stenroos and her husband Scott of Macungie; a son, William and his wife Robin of Breinigsville; and 10 grandchildren, Alexandra of Scotland, Ellen and Victoria of Colorado, Claire of Oregon, Cameron of Indiana, Ainsley of Philadelphia, Lauren of Boston, Penny of Macungie and Kelly and Brooke of Breinigsville.
