Nadine E. Yankowy, 42, of Northampton, died Dec. 21, 2019. She was the wife of Jerome J. Yankowy Jr. for eight years.

Born in Coaldale, she was a daughter of George and Ann (Bonner) Nalesnik of Nesquehoning.

She was a 1995 graduate of Panther Valley High School. She graduated from Lycoming College in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing.

She worked as a patient safety nurse for St. Luke’s Hospital, Bethlehem.

In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by a son, Noah; a sister, Patricia and her husband Mark DeMatto; in-laws, Jerome Sr. and Beverly; a sister-in-law, Jacqueline and her husband Patrick Albus; nephews; aunts; uncles; cousins; and friends.

She was predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Mary and William Nalesnik and maternal grandfather, Vincent Bonner.

Contributions may be made to Noah’s college fund in loving memory of Nadine.
