Claire E. (Koetting) Legath, 88, of Whitehall, died Dec. 23, 2019. She was the wife of John F. Legath for 66 years.

Born in Allentown, she was a 1950 graduate of Allentown Central Catholic High School.

She was a seamstress at Phoenix Clothes for more than 33 years until retiring.

She enjoyed spending time at the Coplay Saengerbund.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, John Jr. and his wife Nancy; two grandsons, Steve and Tom; nieces; nephews; and extended family.

She was predeceased by two sisters, Elizabeth and Irene; and two brothers, Joseph and Robert.
