volunteer OPPORTUNITIES
The Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley will relocate to the Banana Factory on 3rd Street, Bethlehem, starting March 1, 2020. The nonprofit volunteer resource center has been serving the region for 35 years, connecting more than 25,000 volunteers with 450-plus nonprofit organizations, while partnering with more than 300 businesses annually.
“This move in connection with our long-standing relationship with Air Products and the opportunity to expand our ability to partner with ArtsQuest - the largest user of volunteers in the Lehigh Valley, is a perfect match,” says Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley Executive Director Karen Smith. “We anticipate that this move will increase our visibility resulting in our expanded ability to serve the nonprofits and engage the businesses.”
