Margaret “Peggy” M. Bartholomew, 95, formerly of Fullerton, died Dec. 13, 2019. She was the wife of the late Harold A. Bartholomew for 62 years.

Born in Vera Cruz, she was a daughter of the late John and Anna (Yureck) Balascak.

She was a 1942 Emmaus High School graduate.

She was a longtime sales associate at Hess’s, downtown Allentown.

She was a member of St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Whitehall,

She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Rose Croix Chapter 235; Fullerton American Legion Post 367 ladies auxiliary; and was a lifetime member of the 103rd Infantry Division woman’s auxiliary.

She is survived by a brother, Joseph Balascak of Emmaus; nieces; nephews; and extended family.

She predeceased by seven sisters and two brothers.

There will be a calling hour 10-11 a.m., followed by a funeral service 11 a.m., Dec. 20 at the church, 835 Third St., Whitehall, 18052.
