Local residents on dean’s lists

The following students were among nearly 1,600 students named to The University of Scranton’s dean’s list for the 2018 fall semester.
Allentown: Andrew J. Luchansky, freshman business administration major in the University’s Kania School of Management.
Kempton: Jaclyn E. Hardcastle, junior occupational therapy major in the University’s Panuska College of Professional Studies.
The following students were named to the dean’s list for both the 2018 fall and 2019 spring semesters at the university.
Allentown: Emily G. Lundeen, junior psychology major, and Rama N. Karadsheh, senior biochemistry major, both in the University’s College of Arts and Sciences, Brianna G. Johnson, senior counseling and human services major in the University’s Panuska College of Professional Studies;
Fogelsville: Michael N. Cardiges, junior biology major in the University’s College of Arts and Sciences;
New Tripoli: Brooke K. Devers, sophomore health administration major in the University’s Panuska College of Professional Studies, Ngoc K. Nguyen, a sophomore accounting major in the University’s Kania School of Management, Nhu N. Nguyen, a senior international business major in the University’s Kania School of Management; and;
Orefield: Nicholas Pepen, senior biology major in the University’s College of Arts and Sciences and Isabella G. DeFalcis, a senior nursing major in the University’s Panuska College of Professional Studies.
Local students on the dean’s list for the 2019 spring semester included:
Allentown: Jack S. Dreisbach, junior finance major in the University’s Kania School of Management, Griffin E. Mulvihill, senior physics major in the University’s College of Arts and Sciences, and Sarah M. Scalici, junior nursing major in the University’s Panuska College of Professional Studies;
Schnecksville: Keegan M. Connelly, junior criminal justice major in the University’s College of Arts and Sciences.
The dean’s list recognizes students for academic excellence.
A student must have a grade-point average of 3.5 or better with a minimum number of credit hours during the semester to make the dean’s list.
