Jeanette D. Barr, 96, of Catasauqua, died Dec. 6, 2019. She was the wife of the late Harold “Bud” W. Barr.

Born in Catasauqua, she was a daughter of the late Sherman T. and Florence (Hoffman) Matchette.

She was a member of Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church, Catasauqua.

She volunteered for the Catasauqua Community Thrift Shop.

She is survived by a daughter, Linda Breslin and her husband Tim; a son, Greggory and his fiancee Kerry Wagner; nieces; and nephews.

She was predeceased by a brother, James Matchette; and a sister, Lydia Faust.
