The 22nd annual Luminaria Night to benefit New Bethany Ministries will be held at dusk (about 4:30 p.m.) Dec. 14. The inclement weather dates are December 15 and, if necessary, Dec. 21. Team captains will notify all block captains of any changes by 2 p.m. on the date of the scheduled event.
