William J. Procanyn, 85, of Northampton, died Nov. 11, 2019, at his home. He was the husband of Louise (Balliet) Procanyn.
Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Michael and Elizabeth (Ondush) Procanyn.
He was a private first class in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
He owned and operated Procanyn TV & Electronic Repair Shop, Northampton, for more than 35 years before he retired in 2000.
He was a member of Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, Northampton.
He was a life member of American Legion Post 353, Northampton, and of the Coplay Saengerbund.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a brother, Michael and his wife Joyce of Allentown; and a son-in-law, E. Stuart Tudge of Saylorsburg.
He was predeceased by a daughter, Donna; a sister, Marylin Comstock; and an infant daughter.
