Navigating Clean Water Science, the eighth Lehigh Valley Watershed Conference will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Oct. 15 at Lehigh University’s STEPS Building, 1 W. Packer Ave. Bethlehem. Keynote speaker Ann English will present “Growing a Better Watershed: The Riparian Buffer at Happy Hollow Farm”, about multifunctional streamside buffers.
There will be two half-day workshops, a full day MS-4 track for municipal staff and consultants and other conference sessions. Continuing education credits will be available for engineers and landscaping professionals.
There is a cost which includes conference sessions, exhibitors, lunch and snack breaks. Students with college ID may attend free of charge but must register in advance.
