Betty H. Kostiuk, 89, of Allentown, died peacefully Sept. 23, 2019, in Country Meadows, Allentown.

A retiree from New Jersey Bell Telephone Company, she was a loving wife and stepmother.

She will be sadly missed but never forgotten.

Her survivors include loving stepchildren Danielle Casamento, Kathleen Slater and Roger Kostiuk and extended family members.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband, John “Jack” Peter Kostiuk; parents Joseph and Rose Hirth; and stepchildren Christine, Jack and Alan Kostiuk.

There will be a private graveside service where she will be laid to rest with her mother.
