The Lehigh Valley Kite Society, Pocono Kite Symphony and the Northampton County Parks and Recreation Division will sponsor the 29 Annual Kite Day in the Park at Louise W. Moore County Park from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on October 6. The event will be held at Pavilion #2 on the west side of the park at 151 Country Club Road, Easton, 18045.

There will be kite displays, volunteers from the region’s two premier kiting organizations for kite flying lessons, kids’ kite building and kite coloring workshops, raffles, games and more.
