The Housing and Urban Development has funds available to qualified Northampton County families for lead hazard control. Target homes are those built prior to 1978 that house children age six and under who are in the home at least six hours per week; and whose occupants have an income of less than 80 per cent of the median income (up to $62, 700 for a family of four).
