Historic Hotel Bethlehem was selected by USA TODAY for the 2019 Annual Readers Choice Awards: 10 best Historic Hotels. One of twenty country-wide hotels nominated, it was chosen by a panel of Historic Hotels experts. The establishment affiliated with Historic Hotels of America in 2004.

It is the first time that the hotel has been nominated. Managing Partner Bruce Haines noted that the honor was the culmination of 20 years of commitment to restoring the hotel to its 1920s elegance and grandeur.
