Robert P. Amore, 60, of New Tripoli, died July 3, 2019, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

He and his wife, Patricia G. (Rauch) Amore, were married 36 years last October.

Born in Phillipsburg, N.J., he was a son of the late Salvatore and Joyce (Snover) Amore.

He was a chemical worker for 28 years at GEO Specialty Chemicals, South Whitehall.

A member of Nativity Lutheran Church, Allentown, he enjoyed bowling in the Lehigh Valley for many years and participated in HO slot car racing.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Alexander J. and fiancée Jennifer Fink of New Tripoli; brother John and wife, Ruthann, of Phillipsburg, N.J.; and grandchildren Taylor and Kataryna.

He was predeceased by a brother, Bruce.

His memorial service will take place at a later date.
