sTEELSTACKS Patriotic events on July 3, 4

SteelStacks will hold the annual Independence Day celebration, presented by Embassy Bank, beginning on July 3 with Joe Miralles and Reservoir Hill performing at 5:30 p.m. at the Community Stage, Air Products Town Square. The U.S. Army Field Band will be at Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks at 7:30 p.m.

On July 4 at 3 p.m. there will be performances by Low Budget Kings, Nate Myers and Big Bone Daddy at the Community Stage; patriotic arts and crafts for kids by the Banana Factory Arts Center will include painting and a bounce house. The Allentown Band will hold a concert at Levitt Pavilion at 7:30 p.m., followed by the city’s fireworks display at 9 p.m. Food will be available for purchase from ArtsQuest Center’s Mike & Ike Bistro, Mack Truck Stop and MMG Concessions.

At 10 p.m., there will be a showing of the movie Independence Day; and America: The Game Show (comedy) at 10:15 p.m.; both in theFrank Banko Alehouse Cinemas. Tickets are available at www.steelstacks.org.
