Juliet Elisabeth Long of New Tripoli, graduated summa cum laude with highest honors in communication studies May 18 from Grove City College, Grove City, Mercer County.

She was also named to the college’s dean’s list with high distinction.

A semester GPA between 3.85 and 4.00 is required for this honor.

“Julie worked so very hard and my wife and I are so very proud of her,” Perry Long, her father said. “Not to boast, but it is a real accomplishment to graduate from Grove City College with highest honors.”

Long is working on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.
