Brodhead Road

Reconstruction work on Brodhead Road, in part to accommodate construction of a 513,000-square-foot distribution center with 113 loading docks, started April 29 and will continue through July.

According to Bethlehem Township police department, Brodhead Road is closed to westbound traffic between Route 191/Nazareth Pike and Christian Spring Road. Drivers will be able to access businesses by traveling east using Christian Spring Road or Route 512. Business owners, employees and customers will only be able to turn left from Brodhead Road, and will have to turn left from the side roads onto Brodhead Road.

At the intersection with Brodhead Road and Route 191, drivers will be able to turn left or right onto Route 191.

Green Pond Road

As of April 23, Green Pond Road road work along Northampton Community College is under construction until

June 21. The work, mostly from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (changes are possible), includes construction of a curb, sidewalk, ADA ramps, milling, and paving. There will be lane closures and traffic delays.
