Catherine E.A. Knauss, 81, of Bath, died March 12, 2019, at her home. She was the wife of the late Russell W. Knauss.

Born in Northampton, she was the daughter of the late Harvey Buskirk Sr. and Kathryn (Wutcher) Buskirk.

She was a garment worker for 20 years at Mary Fashion Manufacturing, Bath, before retiring in 1989. She then worked for eight years in the bakery department of Weis Market, Bethlehem.

She was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Northampton.

She is survived by two daughters, Bonnie A. and her husband Terry Buskirk of Bath and Suzanne M. and her husband Charles Benninger of Coplay; four sons, Troy and his wife Denise Laubach of Kunkletown, Timothy Laubach of Northampton, Edwin and his wife Janice Laubach of Slatington and Geoffrey K.L. and his wife Deborah Buskirk of Northampton; two sisters, Anna Reph of Bethlehem and Emma Michael of Northampton; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a brother, Harvey Buskirk Jr.; and a grandson, Eddie Laubach Jr.
