Blodwyn “Winnie” E. Wetherhold, 90, of Fullerton and North Catasauqua, died Feb. 21, 2019, in her son’s home. She was the wife of the late Donald ‘’Ducky’’ T. Wetherhold for 45 years.
Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Margaret (Llewellyn) Gyer.
She was a 1946 honor graduate of Whitehall High School.
She was a clerk and stenographer for Justice of the Peace Charles Milson and his insurance agency. She then worked at the former Two Guys department store, Fullerton Furniture Galleries and Sleep City. She was part of the child care at the Divine School.
She was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Fullerton, where she was chairwoman of the visitation committee.
She was a Girl Scout and Cub Scout leader.
She is survived by two sons, Donald and David and his wife Jane Schubert; two daughters, Robin Ferioli and Kristina and her husband Andrew Warner; 10 grandchildren; seven great-granddaughters; and a brother, James Gyer.
There will be a viewing beginning 10 a.m., followed by a funeral service 11 a.m., March 4 at the church, 575 Grape St., Whitehall, 18052.
Contributions may be made to the church memorial fund.
