Kathryn Krause, 93, of Northampton and formerly of Slatington, died Feb. 3, 2019, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg. She was the wife of the late Vincent Krause.

Born in Cementon, she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Annie (Lobach) Ritter.

She was a machine operator at the former D&D Shirt Company for 25 years until she retired in 1962.

She was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Laurys Station.

She is survived by three sons, Timothy and his wife Linda of Glenwood, Md., Franklin V. and his wife Donna of Catasauqua and David S. and his wife Mary Ellen of New Tripoli; three sisters, Lorraine Steele and Myrtle Jandrisovits of Northampton and Shirley and her husband Donald Reph of West Chester; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by two sisters, Lillian Snyder and Beatrice Bretz.
