Terry R. LeVan, 71, of Allentown, died on Jan. 31, 2019, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

He was the son of the late Robert G. and Margaret A. (Shoener) LeVan.

A past member of Emmanuel United Church of Christ, Allentown, he was an attendant at the YMCA, Allentown, for many years.

He is survived by cousins. His services will be private.
