The League of Women Voters of Lehigh County will present “Election Trends” at 11:30 a.m. Feb. 11 at the Superior Restaurant, Emmaus.

The speaker, Christopher Borick, Ph.D., earned a Ph.D. from SUNY Binghamton. He is director of the Muhlenberg College Institute of Public Opinion.
