Liberty’s swim team hosted Dieruff this week when the Hurricane girls defeated the Huskies, 89-66, and the Hurricane boys also won, 89-30.
Samantha Taylor, Jackie Baker, Kay Wetmore, and Sarah Park won the 200 medley relay in 2:01.90.
Patrick Gilhool, Andrew Layne, Daniel Lader, and Addison Collins also won the 200 medley relay in 1:49.96.
Abby Mack won the 200 free in 2:02.94.
Taylor and Collins won the 200 IM in 2:16.68 and 2:15.74, respectively.
Jonathan Drago took first place in the 50 free in 23.10.
In the 100 butterfly, Talia Lehr placed first in 1:02.31, and Lader also placed first in 1:03.55.
Mack won the 100 free in 56.29, and Drago won the boys’ 100 free in 51.79.
The 500 free was won by Wetmore in 5:33.66 and Lader in 5:50.75.
Park, Maryam Mohamed, Monica Bruno, and Molly Gray took first place in the 200 free relay in 1:57.19, and Sam Capwell, Caleb Stein, Gilhool, and Collins also took first in 1:37.14.
Taylor had the fastest time in the 100 backstroke with a 1:19.69, and Trevor Lenig also had the fastest time with a 1:03.86.
Baker and Dylan Zukowski swam the fastest times in the 100 breaststroke, 1:17.75 and 1:07.61, respectively.
