Thomas D. Bachman, 65, of Macungie, died Dec. 27, 2018, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

The loving husband of Debra L. (Sherman) Bachman, they were married 41 years Oct. 15, 2018.

Born Sept. 27, 1953, in Allentown, he was the son of the late Paul R. and Pauline H. (Wotring) Sell.

He was employed by a contracted cleaning service for Air Products and Chemicals Inc, Trexlertown, before retiring in 2017.

Before that, he was employed at Owens and Minor, Fogelsville, and the former Greif Co., Phoenix Clothes, Allentown.

He lived to get his grandson, Dylan, off the school bus every day, walk Chloe in the park, give treats to Luigi, and spend time with his wife and son.

He knew life was about the moments and the memories, maximizing every opportunity to share them.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son Scott T. Bachman and his wife, Amanda, of Alburtis; siblings Carol Petrakovich of Breinigsville, Larry Bachman of New Tripoli, Terry Sell of Orefield; and BFF and grandson, Dylan Scott.

He was predeceased by his brother Kenneth Bachman.

His service will be private. There will be no calling hours.
