Nicole Lea Lamy, 40, of Northampton, died unexpectedly Dec. 24, 2018, at home. She was the wife of Nick L. Lamy.

Born in Johnson City, N.Y., she was a daughter of Nancy (Bolia) Smith of Northampton and the late John Flahavan of Seneca Falls, N.Y.

In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by a daughter, Taylor McKenzie; two sisters, Joely Lyn and her husband Frank Pearn Jr. and Cari and her husband Kevin Yates; a brother, Sean Flahavan; three nieces, Tatiana Pearn and her fiance Connor Barz and Kayle and Kendra Yates; two nephews, Ian Pearn and Christian Yates; aunts; uncles; and cousins.

She was predeceased by an infant son, Calvin Joseph; a brother, Michael W. Smith; a nephew, Cory Matthew Smith; two aunts, Sue Willard and Patricia Johnson; three uncles, Frank, Robert and Donald Page; and a grandmother, Gertrude Page.

There will be a celebration of Nicole’s life 1:30-8 p.m. Jan. 5 at Northampton Fire Department, 4 Lerchenmiller Drive.
