Mary Ann Ambrose, 77, of Whitehall, died Dec. 23, 2018, after battling progressive nuclear palsy. She was the wife of William E. Ambrose for 52 years.

She was a daughter of the late Alfred and Olive (Butz) Groller.

She was a secretary for the County of Lehigh, the former Newhart Foods and the former Fuller Company before she retired.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two children, Sandy and her husband Robert Rex of Schnecksville and Jeffrey and his wife Sharon of Winter Park, Fla.; and two granddaughters, Carolyn and her husband Josh Vinal and Olivia Ambrose, all of Tucson, Ariz.

Services are private.
