St Peter’s United Church of Christ, Seemsville, 8142 Valley View Road, will hold a special service of support 7 p.m. Dec. 21.
The public is invited to this event, titled “Blue Christmas: A Service of Remembrance and Hope.”
The holiday season can be a difficult time for those of us who are grieving the loss of loved ones, the ending of relationships or struggling with isolation. It can be a particularly lonely time, creating waves of depression and hopelessness.
This service of music, prayer and hope is designed to provide support as the lives of loved ones who have departed from this earth - but not from our hearts - are celebrated.
