Shaiquan Marquis Mackes, 21, of Emmaus, was arrested Nov. 23 for alleged terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment and strangulation in the 400 block of South Fourth Street, according to Emmaus police. Mackes was transported to Lehigh County Booking Center and processed.
An unknown person entered a vehicle and removed a Dell laptop computer and a Garmin GPS unit, for a total value of $2,700. The incident was reported Nov. 25 in the 200 block of Adrain Street.
An unknown person damaged the rear driver’s side window of a Lexis GS450, causing $200 damage. The incident was reported Nov. 22 in the 500 block of Broad Street.
An unknown person damaged the rear driver’s side window of a Toyota Prius, causing $200 damage. The incident was reported Nov. 23 in the 100 block of Elm Street.

An unknown person damaged the rear driver’s side window of a Chrysler Town and Country minivan with a pellet, causing $400 damage. The incident was reported Nov. 26 in the 700 block of Franklin Street.
