Joseph J. “Waskie” Wojewodzki Sr., 88, of Whitehall, died Nov. 29, 2018, at Lehigh Valley Hospice, Allentown. He was the husband of the late Dolores (Staniscavage) Wojewodzki.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, he was a son of the late Joseph and Mary (Wroblewski) Waskie.

He was a sergeant in the U.S. Air Force for 11 years, and served during the Korean War.

He was a member of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, Coplay.

He is survived by a son, Joseph J. Jr. and his wife Donna of Coplay; two daughters, Marilyn Seyfried of Allentown and Donna Dickey of Kunkletown; four grandchildren, Ryan, Ricky, Adam and Nikki; and a great-granddaughter, Caitlin.

Funeral services will be private.
